Exchange and Return Policy for Convention Purchases

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
2. Exchange of purchased merchandise is allowed for the following reasons:
   
   • Defective merchandise at the time of purchase
   • Wrong size of apparel purchased.
3. Return of purchased merchandise is allowed if an exchange is not possible due to lack of available inventory.
4. In order to qualify for exchange or return, the original packaging as well as purchase receipt must be accompanying the purchased merchandise.
5. If a return is authorized, refund will only be given to the original method of payment. No substitution allowed.
