Cray the Werewolf

Cray the Werewolf is wearing his standard-issued werewolf flannel shirt unbuttoned and fully exposing his chest as well as torn up jean shorts while sitting on a basket-weaved couch with clawed feet on another couch and a clawed finger pointing at the viewer.

WHAT IS CRAY?

Cray is a werewolf. However, to narrow down the field, he is loosely related to White Wolf Publishing's Werewolf the Apocalypse Tabletop Roleplay Game. However, today's iteration of Cray has vastly deviated from the werewolves of WtA TRPG. He is now a unique werewolf living in his own world. While he has a human form as he was born a human, he lives in his own world in his own way that he doesn't have to hide the savage monster that he is from the rest of the world. Bare your soul and your beast under the moonlight. If somebody got clawed or chewed up, that's uniquely their problem.

While silver still burns him because he is a werewolf, he doesn't need moonlight just to transform or stay in werewolf form. He technically can switch forms at any time. He prefers his werewolf form because kids love it. He can also sidestep into shadows; an ability that he retains from the Werewolf the Apocalypse system. This ability allows him to travel from shadow to shadow or momentarily hides in a shadow. And yes, he can still see things through the shadows. Devious!

WHO IS CRAY?

Today's Cray the Werewolf is a werewolf that loves to chill and snack and maybe work on something mechanical. While he can still be a savage monster, he has sufficient amount of control most of the time to make sound decisions and to use sophisticated tools. An aspect of character that is preserved from Werewolf the Apocalypse is that he is an honorable Glasswalker Werewolf and he makes firearms suitable to be used by werewolves and other big werecreatures. Call it improbable weapons as they are usually weapons meant to be mounted on vehicles but instead repurposed into a chassis for strong, monstrous creatures to use.

Cray the Werewolf Reference Sheet Art with him wearing a strong-looking modern body armor as well as references of him without wearing anything. A simple sketch of a shoulder-mounted 88 millimeter tank gun with magazine cartridge is shown on top of the reference art.

AND THE COSTUME?

Cray the Werewolf was made into a full body costume twice so far. The first full body costume of Cray was completed back in 2019. The current version was completed back in 2023.

The current version features a more aggressive facial look as well as larger fangs, particularly the canine fangs. This version also places greater emphasis on body shape as well as muscle curvatures. The costume has also been upgraded couple times to incorporate additional cooling fans as well as a sound effect box.

The costume is the work of SixthLeafClover Studios.
